RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to make sure you love your purchase and are just as excited to have it in your home as you were the day you purchased it. If for some reason your piece does not work for you we offer a free 15 day return window. We will accept all merchandise that is in new condition and still in it's original packaging. Below are all polices and return process.
STANDARD RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If the item has not yet left our design studio we offer a full 100% refund on both the product and shipping fees or exchange credits towards your next purchase. If you'd like to contact us regarding a return or exchange for an item that has not yet shipped out yet please contact at CustomerService@believebymichelle.com within 48 hours of your purchase.
If your item has already been shipped you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. We will issue 100% refund on goods and tax on all merchandise that is in new condition and still in it's original packaging. Artwork, candles, and accessories are final sale and not applicable for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping, packaging, and processing fee's on your returned order, we also do not cover the cost of return shipping. We will however offer you the best shipping rates from our carriers or you may use your own. You will be given up to 5 business days to ship the item back to us. If you purchased your items during a "free shipping" promotion the cost of shipping will automatically be deducted from your refund.
Please note refunds will not be issued until the item is received back at our design studio and inspected. If the item is soiled, torn, or otherwise damaged a fee will be charged against the account. We otherwise do not charge any re-stocking fees.
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or is defective, please refuse it from the carrier and we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent or issue you a store credit. If you would like your order refunded entirely we will issue you a 100% refund including the cost of shipping, packaging, processing, and taxes.
