FROM OUR DESIGN STUDIO TO YOUR HOME

Shipping can often add a huge expense to your order, we believe in making shipping quick, affordable and convenient. So you can spend more time designing your dream home and less time worrying about shipping rates. During our opening weeks we will be offering complimentary delivery on all orders! This special will end in mid February so be sure to place your order prior to that to save.  


COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING PROMOTION 

Our complimentary shipping offer includes express curbside delivery and will arrive within 10-12 business days after placing your order. Please note custom delivery times and dates are not an option for this service. White glove delivery includes unpacking, debris removal, furniture assembly, and room of choice placement along with a custom delivery window and date. If you'd like to upgrade to white glove delivery you can do so by emailing us at CustomerService@belivebymichelle.com. The fee to upgrade to white glove delivery is $99 delivered to anywhere in the US and is only available on large items such as sofas, dining table, and accent chairs. 

Smaller parcel items like candles, art-work, and accessories are shipped via Fed-Ex and have the option for overnight, 2-day, and Express Ground. Simply select your desired shipping window at the check out page. 

TRACKING  

Once you place your order you will be sent an automated email conformation, you should expect to see a second email within 1-2 days of placing your order that includes the tracking number for your shipment. If for any reason you do not receive that email or are having any trouble with viewing your tracking number please contact us directly at CustomerService@believebymichelle.com.

RETURN SHIPPING 

We want to make sure you love your purchase and are just as excited to have it in your home as you were the day you purchased it. If for some reason your piece does not work for you, we offer a free 15 day return window. We will accept all merchandise that is in new condition and still in it's original packaging. Please note, we cannot accept returns on artwork, candles, or accessories once shipped. We will offer you the best rate we receive from our carriers, or you may select your own carrier for return shipments.
